摘 要: 文章以商丘师范学院的30名非体育专业的健康女大学生(年龄为20.12+1.98)为研究对象,进行太极拳运动对人体身心健康影响的实验研究。结果显示:经过6个月的实验,实验前后受试者在生理机能、身体素质和心理健康等方面都有显著差异(P<0.05),并有一定的减肥效果。太极拳是一项较好的全民健身手段,应予大力普及、推广。 Take 30 non-sports major healthy female university student in Shangqiu college(age :20.12+1.98) as the research object, the paper carries experimental study on the Taijiquan movement to the female university student healthy in mind and body influence. Result demonstration that, after 5 month-long experiments, around the experiment trying in aspect physiological function, physical quality and psychologically healthy and so on ,they all has remarkable difference (P < 0.05), and has certainly the effect of losing weight. Taijiquan is a better item of all the people bodies healthy keeping, should give the popularization promotion.
