摘 要: 介绍了采用S7-200进行逻辑控制及变频器进行压力调节的恒压供水系统。该系统引入了模糊控制算法,自动控制水泵运行的台数和电机转速,在保持恒压状况下,达到了控制流量和节约电能的目的。运行结果表明,该系统具有压力稳定,结构简单,工作可靠等特点。 A constant pressure water supply system which used S7-200 for logic control and inverter for adjusting water pressure was introduced.Using fuzzy control,it could automatically control the number of water pumps and motor speed.Under the condition of constant pressure,flux control and energy conservation could be obtained.The operational results proved that it had the features of constant water pressure,simple structure and reliable performance.
