摘　　要： 第一批28所国家示范院校建设方案经过多次修改后,最终成稿。从修改前后的变化,看出示范性院校建设在内涵建设、工学结合、特色建设、经费安排,以及可操作性、可监控性和可验收性等方面的要求,对创建示范性院校具有启示作用。 The Building Scheme for the first 28 national exemplary higher vocational colleges was finalized after numerous times' amendments.From the differences before and after the amendments,this paper tries to present the new requirements for the building of exemplary colleges regarding the connotation building,work-study model,characterized building,fund allocation,maneuverability,and other aspects that whether the building course is supervised and controlled,and whether the productions are checkable and acceptable.The discussion will provide enlightenment for the building of exemplary college.
