摘　　要： 随着基础教育课程改革的不断深入,作为课程改革的主要执行者的教师身上发生了诸多变化,如课程观、课程组织形式、课程实施方式、课程评价观等的改变。但升学的压力、课程改革培训的效度不高、课程资源的缺失等问题仍然存在,必须采取配套措施,将课程改革贯彻下去。 OAlong with the continuous development of basic education curriculum reform,there have emerged many changes on the main executors in the reform——the teachers,such as the ideas of curriculum,the curriculum organization,the way of implementing the curriculum,the idea of evaluation.But problems still exist,such the pressure of students entering schools of a higher grade,little effect of teachers training,lack of curriculum resources etc.We should take necessary measures to carry it through to the end.
