摘　　要： 通过深圳市收容教育所卖淫女性的访谈资料,说明性服务行业中的“行规”较之工厂管理体制优越:性服务从业者与老板之间的关系比较和睦;从业人员具有较大的自由;性服务行业中的利润分配比较合理;劳资双方在合作、依赖中建立起信任;性服务者在工作中受到的伤害较少。从而对性服务行业存在并兴盛的原因作了一种另类的解释。 Some related cases have shown that the sex service industry is thriving in our country.In traditional studies.this thing is viewed basically from the angle of economy,social structure,social functions and ethical culture.The present paper,based on interview and comparison,tries to give another interpretation of the causes for the existence and prosperity of the sex service industry from a non-traditional perspective.
