摘　　要： 为了适应时代的发展和社会的需求、适应"工学结合"办学模式的需求,高职院校对各种体制和制度进行了一系列的改革,包括对教师人事制度进行了改革。在"工学结合"模式下,高职院校应该利用人事制度改革的契机对教师人事制度进行改革,建立适应"工学结合"模式运行的制度保障体系,从而满足适应"工学结合"、提升高职院校办学质量这一需求。 To meet the needs of social development and the needs of work and study mode,a series of reforms have been carried out in the system and regulations of high vocational colleges,which include the reform in teachers’ personnel system.Based on the work and study mode,high vocational colleges are supposed to make the best of the reform to carry out the innovation of teachers’ person-nel system.Moreover,the guarantee system that suits work and study mode ought to be set up so that the demands of work and study mode can be fulfilled and the teaching quality in high vocational colleges can be promoted.
