摘 要: 目前许多企业开始意识到供应链是多环节、多通道的复杂系统,存在众多安全问题,一旦供应、生产、运输等环节发生违约事件,而这一环节上太过精益时,就容易导致供应链中断,降低供应链整体的服务质量,并进一步影响供应链竞争力。基于此,文章定性分析了供应链违约风险的形成原因以及违约风险对供应链的影响,建立了供销关系满意度模型。结果表明,由于双方不信任和不满意而存在的违约风险降低了合作伙伴的关系以及供应链的稳定性。 At present,many enterprises began to realize the fact that the supply chain is a multi-link,multi-channel complex system,and there are many security issues.Once there are the events of default in supply,production,transportation and other areas,whose links are too lean,it is easy to cause the supply chain's interruption,and reduce its overall service quality,and further affect the competitiveness of the supply chain.Based on the condition,these qualitative analyses of the supply chain's formation reasons for default risk and its impact on the supply chain are made,establishing a supply and marketing relationship satisfaction model.The results show that,due to mistrust and dissatisfaction,the risk of default exists,which reduces the partners' relations and the stability of the supply chain.
