摘　　要： 教师教育是当前国家高度重视与社会高度关注的一项重要工程。在重视发展教师教育的同时,也应重视和研究教师终身学习与教师成长问题。本文试图对此深入探讨和研究。 The objectives of a learning society set at the 16th national congress of the Communist Party of China is of guiding siganificance to eductation in the new century.In order to attain the Party's Objectives,teachers' continued education must be taken as a strategic priority.
