摘　　要： 应用室内培养皿生物测定方法,研究了播娘蒿浸提液对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,播娘蒿浸提液能抑制小麦种子萌发和小麦幼苗根长、苗高和鲜重,随着浸提液浓度的升高,其抑制效果越明显,且化感效应的强度在不同品系的小麦中存在差异。当播娘蒿浸提液浓度在25 g/L时的综合效应统计表明,播娘蒿浸提液对不同品系小麦的化感作用大小为新麦18>郑州9023>豫麦49>豫麦34>百农矮抗58>新麦208>周麦18。 The seeds of seven wheat varieties were treated by the water extract of Descurainia sophia in door to study the effects on seed germination and seedling growth by using the indoor bioassay method.The results showed that the water extract had the inhibition effect on seed germination,root length,seedling height and fresh weight of seedlings,the inhibition effect increased with increase of the water extract concentration,and there was difference in allelopathy intensity between different wheat varieties.The allelopathy of different wheat varieties treated by the water extract of Descurainia sophia with 25 g/L concentration is Xinmai 18>Zhengzhou 9023>Yumai 49 >Yumai 34>Bainongai′kang 58 >Xinmai 208>Zhoumai 18.
