摘 要: 使用酸性离子液体[Hnmp]HSO_4作为合成乙二醇双丙烯酸酯的催化剂,考察了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量和带水剂用量对反应的影响,结果表明,当n(乙二醇):n(丙烯酸)=1.0:2.2、反应温度为(120~125)℃、反应时间60 min、催化剂用量为酸醇总物质的量的2.00%和带水剂甲苯用量20 mL的条件下,酯化率达90.9%。 A Brφnsted acid ionic liquid [ Hnmp ] HSO_4 was used as the catalyst for esterification of acrylic acid with glycol.The influence of feed proportion,reaction temperature,reaction time,catalyst dosage and amount of water-carrying agent was investigated.Glycol diacrylate yield of 90.9% was obtained under the optimial condition as follows:n(ethyleneglycol):n(acrylic acid) = 1.0:2.2,reaction time 60 min, reaction temperature (120-125) ℃,catalyst dosage = 2.00% of the total material (mol),the water carrying agent toluene dosage 20 mL.
