摘 要: 为科学评价教育教学质量,各大高校均采用了"生评教"的教学管理手段,并且取得了一定的效果。综观我国高校"生评教"的实践,其往往忽视了教师对评教的主动参与,教师被动地、强制性地参与评估,以致对"生评教"制度不理解、不支持,甚至于消极对待,这严重影响了该制度效果的发挥。本文从提高教师参与者积极性出发,提出了一些有针对性的改进意见。 With the further development of China's higher education,more and more importance is attached to the teaching quality,the valuation method of which is being improved,and the students'participating in evaluation of teaching has become a necessary trend.Studies indicate that the evaluation by the students has a certain reliability,stability and consistency.However,in the process of the evaluation,the evaluation of teachers is often neglected.Thereby,some strategies should be taken to encourage the participation enthusiasm.
