摘　　要： 风险管理是一个组织战略管理的核心组成部分。在国际合作办学项目中加强风险管理是有效规避办学风险、提高项目管理绩效的重要途径。从风险成因的角度来看,国际合作办学项目主要面临12类风险。目前国际合作办学项目风险管理存在的问题主要表现为风险意识不强、风险管理基础建设滞后、管理力量薄弱和风险处置不当等。强化国际合作办学项目的风险管理重点应采取以下措施:加强风险管理的基础建设,加强管理团队建设,加强风险预警机制与处理机制建设,加强风险管理的信息化建设,加强信息沟通与交流机制建设,建立风险分担与转移机制和优化国际合作办学项目的运营管理系统。 Risk management is the central part of the strategic management of an organization.Enhancing risk management is an important way to avoid efficiently the risk and improve the program management achievement in the international joint education program.In view of the causes of risk formation,the international joint education programs mainly face twelve categories of risks.At present,the main existent problems in risk management in the international joint education program are low risk awareness,backward infrastructure in risk management,weak management and improper disposal of risks,etc.To strengthen the risk management in international joint education programs,measures are proposed to enhance the construction of the risk management infrastructure,management team building,pre-warning and disposal mechanism,risk management informationization and information communication mechanism,establish the risk diversification and transfer mechanism,and optimize the operation system of international joint education program.
