摘 要: 利用主效可加互作可乘模型对全国冬播麦区 4 8个小麦主栽品种和优良品系在 15个地区于 1995~ 1996年度种植的多点试验数据蛋白质含量进行分析 ,结果表明 ,AMMI模型解释G×E互作明显优于线性回归模型。通过AMMI1模型双标图可以看出蛋白质含量在品种和地点间的变异程度 ,找出稳定性较好的品种。在AMMI2模型双标图上对每一地点很容易找出蛋白质含量互作最大的品种。通过计算地点的IPCA值与环境因子的相关系数 。 The additive main effects and multiplicative interaction (AMMI) model was used t o analyze G×E interaction on protein content of forty-eight Chinese winter whe at varieties and advanced lines form 15 locations of four major winter wheat gro wing zones in 1995-1996.The result indicated that G×E interaction explained by AMMI1 model was notably better than the regression analysis.The degree of variet ions between varieties of sites and the varieties with better stability were ide ntified in the biplot of the AMMI model.At the same time,the sites with highest increase of protein content could be easily located on the biplot of the AMMI2 m od el.Environmental factors significantly affecting wheat quality could be identifi ed by correlation analysis of location IPCA with environmental facto rs.
