摘　　要： 整合素 (integrin)是一类广泛存在的细胞表面粘附受体 ,介导细胞与细胞以及细胞与细胞外基质的相互作用和细胞内外的信息传递 ,调节细胞粘附和通讯。在生殖过程中 ,卵细胞表面的整合素 α6β1 参与受精作用 ;部分整合素在子宫内膜的表达呈明显的周期性变化 ,并与子宫内膜“植入窗”的开放同步 ,其表达的异常可能干扰子宫内膜的容受性 ,导致流产和不孕 ;胚胎着床后 ,滋养层细胞能及时调整整合素的表达 ,调节胚泡滋养层与子宫内膜之间的细胞 -细胞及细胞 -细胞外基质相互作用 ,以利其入侵、胎盘形成和妊娠的维持。可见 ,整合素在机体的生殖生理过程中发挥着非常重要的作用。 Integrin is a kind of adhesion receptor on the surface of cells,it conducts interaction of cell cell and cell extracellular matrix and transferred signals between intracellular and extracellular,modulate cells adhesion and communication.In the reproductive process,the Alpha 6 and beta 1 integrin on the surface of egg cells participate in semination;Expression of a partial integrins in the endometrium take on circle changes which open simultanneously for“ planting windows” of endometrium,it can interfere ...
