摘　　要： 本文拟从产权法律保护、专利文献利用、创制激励机制、规范中介机构。 This paper probes into the law problems of R&D and industrialization of high-technological achievement in China as follow:protecting property right;utilizing patent literature;innovating inspiration mechanism;conforming intermediary organization to the rules;introducing risk mechanism and implementing preferential taxation policies.
