摘　　要： 该文基于高校社科学报面临诸多困境和挑战的大环境如何生存的讨论上,提出了要提升高校学报质量,使其在促进高校教学科研方面真正发挥应有的作用,高校学报的立命之本——质量才是硬道理,因此就组织稿件的准确性、选择稿件的科学性、切实落实审稿专家意见、强化各级审稿制度等一系列提升学报质量的问题进行思考,从质量管理机制、提升编辑素养、办刊专业化等方面开展讨论,促使高校学报朝着稳健、实效、健康的方向发展。 On the basis of the discussion on how the journals of humanities and social sciences of higher education institutions will survive in the grand environment with various dilemmas and challenges,this paper argues that the fundamental principle for the development of these journals is to promote their quality and make them fully exhibit their due roles in the field of the higher education teaching and research.Quality is the top priority.With the purpose of making the academic journals steadily,efficiently and...
