摘 要: 选1日龄AA肉用仔鸡480羽,随机分为5组,每组设8个重复,每个重复12羽。1~5组基础日粮中分别添加0、100、200、400、800 mg·kg^(-1)破壁处理超细绿茶粉(日粮中茶多酚含量分别为0、10、20、40、80 mg·kg^(-1)),饲喂肉鸡,探讨其对肉鸡脂类代谢的影响。结果表明:①破壁处理超细绿茶粉在一定程度上降低了血清中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量,但对血清中甘油三酯、总胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量无明显影响。②对肉鸡腹脂率、肝脂率无明显影响,对胸脂率有降低的趋势,400 mg·kg^(-1)茶粉组肌间脂肪宽显著降低,800 mg·kg^(-1)茶粉组肌间脂肪宽、皮下脂肪厚明显降低,但低剂量茶粉组则影响不明显。③对血清中脂蛋白脂酶和肝脂酶活性影响不显著,但对脂蛋白脂酶活性有升高的作用,对肝脂酶活性有降低的效果。 Four hundred and eighty 1-day-old Arbor Acres chicks were randomly assigned to 5 treatments consisting of 8 replicates of 12 birds to study effects of wall-breaking technology of green tea on lipid metabolism.The birds were fed basal diet supplemented with 0(control group),100,200,400 and 800 mg·kg^(-1) wall-breaking technology of green tea (0,10,20,40,80 mg·kg^(-1) tea polyphenols).The result showed:①The LDL-C in serum decreased,the content of TG,total TC concentration in serum as well as HDL-C level were ...
