摘　　要： 我国西部地区占国土总面积的 71 2 % ,农业水资源的利用方式粗放而效益低下 ,形成对农业未来可持续发展的严重制约 .对此 ,我们以水资源利用学、农业生态学、环境保护学、持续发展学为依据 ,深入地分析了西部地区在建设小康社会中农业用水存在的主要问题 ,根据西部的实际情况 。 The west region covers 71.2% of the total area in China, the utilization of water resource in agriculture is coarse, the economical benefit is quite low. The present utilization restricts the agricultural sustainable development. With the fundamental theory in water science, agricultural ecology, environment science et al, This paper deals with the main problems in the water utilization in the process of building' the comparatively well\|off society, and presents the strategies for the future development.
