摘 要: 金属半固态成形技术因具有许多突出优势而被广泛研究。作为金属半固态成形技术的延伸和发展,触变挤压成形双层复合管具有重要的价值和意义,其中环状和棒状坯料制备和二次加热是触变挤压成形双层复合管的关键技术。因A356铝合金和AZ91镁合金的半固态成形技术研究相对比较成熟,所以选用这两种材料作为双层管的外层和内层材料。本研究首先利用专门设计制造的制坯模制备了一系列不同尺寸的半固态棒状坯料和环状坯料,然后利用电阻炉对制备的棒状坯料和环状坯料进行二次加热,探讨半固态棒状坯料和环状坯料的加热规律。 Semi-solid forming is studied widely because of its outstanding advantages. As the extension and development of semi-solid forming,the thixo-co-extrusion of double-layer tube has important value and significance,in which the preparation of ring-shaped and column-shaped billets and their reheating are key technologies in thixo-co-extrusion of double-layer tube.
