摘 要: 研究供电行业的人力资源管理与组织绩效的关系,从完形理论的观点出发来验证内部契合对组织绩效的影响效果.以国内的供电企业为研究对象,共回收有效样本51份.研究发现,在最佳系统契合、理想型契合以及混合型契合三种内部契合模式中,最佳系统契合和理想型契合对多个组织绩效指标均具有显著的正向影响作用.
