摘　　要： 选取中国内地31个省区市的GDP、建筑业产值、建筑业从业人数以及常住人口等为基础数据,分别用绝对差异与相对差异方法来衡量中国建筑业发展的差异性。结果显示中国各地区建筑业的发展绝对差异较大、相对差异较小,而且这些差异在近年有稳定与减小的趋势,说明处在威廉姆逊倒"U"型曲线中的增长收敛和差异维持阶段。最后分析了这种差异及其变化存在的原因,并提出相关应对措施,以使中国的建筑业朝着健康稳定的方向发展。 The variance of construction industry in China's Mainland is analyzed based on the statistical data of GDP,total construction value,employment number in the industry and population at the provincial level. The re-sults show that the absolute difference is larger than the relative difference. And the variance tends to be stable in recent years. The variance extent is at the stage of increasing convergence and difference maintaining in Williams down U curve. Finally,the reasons are explained and some suggestion...
