摘　　要： 内寮村的"食伙头"是当地人们所普遍称颂的一种老人的赡养方式,但随着传统的老人经济权利及其地位的丧失,农村家庭媳妇权利的增长以及传统舆论压力的不复存在,"食伙头"制度并没有从根本上解决保障老人的赡养问题。对老人赡养问题进行分析与讨论有助于对这一问题的解决。 'feeding the old by turns' is one of the maintenance way adulated by local people in Neiliao village.However,with the lose of the economic right of the old,the rising of the right of daughter-in-law,and the pressure of the public opinion is no longer in existence,the system of 'feeding the old by turns' hasn’t solved the problem of the maintenance radically.Discussing the problem of the maintenance is helpful to solve the problem.
