摘　　要： 使用测量方法对347名大学生的竞争心理与成就动机之间的关系进行了研究。结果发现,追求成功与竞争各维度都存在显著的正相关,避免失败与竞争策略存在极其显著的正相关,而与竞争动机存在显著的负相关;高成就动机组在竞争倾向和竞争内容上的得分明显地高于中低成就动机组,在竞争动机上不同的成就动机水平之间均存在显著差异;竞争的不同维度对追求成功和避免失败具有不同的预测力,同时还存在着一定的性别差异。 Surveying 347 undergraduates about the relations of competitiveness to achievement motivation.The result shows that: Motivation of pursuing success is obviously positively-related to every competitive dimen-sions,and the motivation avoiding failures is positively-related to competitive strategy,while negatively-related to competitive motivation.Different level in achievement motivation has distinctive difference within competitive motivation and different competitive dimensions can be reflected in students ...
