摘 要: 低压差分信号传输(LVDS)是一种重要的信号传输技术。本文设计了一种集成开关双电流源的结构的LVDS驱动电路,能工作在低电源电压的条件下,并实现了预加重功能以提高其抗干扰能力。 LVDS is an important technology in signal transmission. A LVDS driver with the double switchable current sources was designed in this paper. It is suitable for low-voltage applications, and the pre-emphasis was also realized to enhance anti-jamming ability.
