摘　　要： 中国造船业的发展迎来了历史性的机遇,但也面临着严重的挑战.广东应以龙穴岛造船基地的建设为契机,加大政府扶持力度,促进造船规模经济的建设,重视科研和人才培养,强化船舶设计与制造的技术管理水平,提升产品差异型核心竞争优势,同时还应注意采取有效的金融措施规避汇率风险.
