摘 要: 采用荧光光谱、紫外-可见光谱和盐效应等手段.研究了荷叶生物碱提取物与小牛胸腺DNA之间的相互作用,并在pH 7.4的Tris-HCl介质中.以中性红为荧光探针对作用机理进行了研究.结果表明:在生理条件下(pH= 7.4),荷叶生物碱提取物与DNA发生作用方式为混合方式,嵌插与沟槽作用是两种主要作用方式,DNA对荷叶生物碱提取物荧光猝灭属于静态猝灭。测得其结合常数为3.765×106 L/mol. The interaction between alkaloids extractive and DNA was determined by fluoresence spectrum,vio- let-absorption spectrometric spectrum and salt effect experimental.The mechanism of the interation was also in- vestigated by fluorescence spectroscopy using neutral red as a spectral probe in Tris-HCl buffer solution(pH= 7.4).The results showed that alkaloids extractive can react with DNA under physiological condition(pH=7.4).
