摘　　要： 现有的国际统一合同法推动了世界各国经济的合作与发展,从而加速了经济的全球化进程。针时经济全球化的浪潮和合同法国际统一化的趋势,我国1999年颁布的《合同法》借鉴和吸收了当今世界许多国家先进的立法经验和优秀的合同法律制度。具有较强的可操作性和国际性,但仍有不少具体的规定期待完善。 The existing uniform international contract law has promoted economic cooperation and development throughout the world,accelerating the course of economic globalization.According to the tide wave of economic globalization and the international unification of contract law,we promulgated the Contract Law in 1999,which has absorbed advanced drawn lessons from legislative experiences and excellent contract systems,and which is of much maneuverability and internationalism,but still,our Contract Law needs further...
