摘　　要： 研究目的:分析湖北省由于城镇化而导致的耕地减少对国家粮食安全的影响。研究方法:计量经济学的理论与方法。研究结果:(1)近年来,湖北省粮食供给余额以及粮食产量占全国粮食总产量的比重逐年减少。(2)湖北省对国家粮食安全的贡献下降的原因主要是城镇化导致的耕地减少。(3)在未来20年,随着湖北省城镇化发展水平的提高,耕地面积和粮食产量都将呈现下降的趋势,粮食供需缺口将越来越大,作为粮食主产区不仅不能外调粮食,而且还需要调入粮食,这对于维护国家粮食安全是极为不利的。研究结论:在城镇化进程中,为了保证湖北省的粮食生产能力,要转变传统的城市发展观,大力发展大中城市;转变传统的城市发展方式和用地观;加强土地整理,集约用地,加强政策的执行力度,实施严格的耕地保护政策;依靠科技进步,提高粮食单产。 The purpose of the paper is to analyze the influence of the decreasing cultivated land in Hubei Province due to urbanization on the country s grain security. Methods of econometrics theory and model were employed.
