摘 要: 采用单因素和正交实验结合的方法,考察了氢氧化钠预处理、菌液用量、时间及pH对香蕉杆降解的影响。各个因素对降解菌LⅡ的影响顺序为预处理>菌用量>pH>水解时间,最佳条件组合为质量百分比3%的氢氧化钠溶液3、mL活化12 h的菌液p、H 8.0、水解4 d;各个因素对降解菌L2″的影响顺序为预处理>pH>菌用量>水解时间,最佳组合为质量百分比为3%的氢氧化钠溶液p、H 7.0、2 mL活化12 h的菌液、水解4 d。发酵实验证明可以通过香蕉秆降解制取酒精,不同工艺制取的酒精产率为1%~5%。 The factors including sodium hydroxide pretreatment,amount of bacterial solution,hydrolysis time and hydrolysis pH,and the orthogonal experiments are studied for optimizing the hydrolysis of banana stalk with two bacteria,LⅡ and L2″.The effective sequence of each factor on each index of LⅡ is pretreatment > bacteria amoun t> pH>hydrolysis time,and the optimal conditions are as follows:3% of NaOH,3 mL of bacteria liquid activated for 12 h,pH=8.0,4 days of hydrolysis.The effective sequence of each fa...
