摘 要: 通过石蜡切片法、组织离析法对中草药肿节风的根、茎、叶进行解剖学研究,结果表明:肿节风的木质部主要由管胞组成,同时有少量导管存在,导管分子相对原始,端壁倾斜,横闩多达60条。其中根的内皮层无明显凯氏带,韧皮部极狭窄,木质部的组成以管胞为主,皮层中散布有大型的石细胞;茎内维管射线有单列和多列两种,叶肉内无栅栏组织等特征可作为生药鉴定的主要解剖学依据。 Anatomical microstructure of the roots,stems and leaves of Sarcadra glabra(Thunb.)Nakai were studied with tissue maceration and paraffin section method.The results showed that the xylems of Sarcandra glabra were mainly made up of tracheids,and a few primordial vessels with scalariform perforation plates were also founded.Of various anatomical characters,identification of Herba Sarcandrae could be made according as the following structures: not evident endodermis in roots,limited phloems,tracheids be the main proportion in the xylems,sporadic stone cells in the cortex,vascular rays single to more rows in the stems,no palisade tissue in the mesophyll.
