摘 要: 结合武术套路教学之特点 ,对在教学中讲解、演练动作攻防含义的教学效果作了比较性研究 ,并从生理和心理的角度探讨了其在教学实践中画龙点睛之功效 。 The article makes a comparative research on explaining and drilling the attack and defence's meaning in WuShu teaching.From physiology and psychology.explores its strong effect.Finally obtains the result of that it's much more advanced and actable in teaching practice.
