摘　　要： 针对上海郊区农业生产的特点，１９９５－１９９９年在南汇、青浦、奉贤进行了佛手瓜立体栽培方式及栽培生物学特性的研究，结果表明，６种栽培方式：庭院立体栽培、楼道垫土栽培、河沟上架栽培、大田棚架栽培、果园周围篱架栽培、温室大棚栽培均可进行佛手瓜生产；其中河沟上架栽培和庭院立体栽培可成为上海郊区发展佛手瓜生产的主要方式。经生产栽培研究，认为上海地区佛手瓜的主要育苗方式为扦插、整瓜育苗两种。育苗期注意控温整蘖；定植时防寒防冻，施足基肥；生长期保湿控涝、防病治虫、勤施肥料；结果期勤浇肥水，勤抹萌蘖；收获期适时摘果，及时贮藏等。 Studies on 6 kind of planting modes and biologieal eharacteristics of Sechiunz edule Swartz were carried out in 1995-1999. Results showed that Sechium edule Swartz could be euhivated in courtyard, greenhouse, field. corridor, brook and by using the bamboo or twig fence around archard. 2 kinds of planting modes,i. e cultivation by using courtyard and brook, were regarded as main ways of planting Sechium edule Swartz in shanghai suburbs. In addition.the planting tech- niques of Sechium edule Swartz was concluded in this paper.
