摘　　要： 本文运用现代经济学原理 ,分析了产生环境污染的人们的行为 。 This paper analyses the reasons for men s environme producing ntal conducts with fundamentals of modern economics. They are men s environmental pollution consciousness, nature of environmental public resources, conducts of rent seeking in environment, conducts of game in environment, and conducts of 'free ride' in environment. These explain the reason why economic men have the conducts of that produce environmental pollution.
