摘 要: 作者应用 4组不同药物对放牧的浏阳黑山羊进行了驱虫试验 ,结果表明 :应用硝碘酚腈 +左旋咪唑组( 组 ) ,以及硫双二氯酚 +左旋咪唑组 ( 组 )肝片吸虫和线虫减卵率均为 10 0 % ,剖检查虫肝片吸虫和线虫均为阴性。应用硝氯酚 +驱虫精组 ( 组 )肝片吸虫和线虫减卵率分别为 90 .5 %和 81.0 % ,剖检查虫肝片吸虫为阴性 ,线虫 18条。应用肝蛭净 +驱虫精组 ( 组 )肝片吸虫和线虫减卵率分别为 5 9.1%和 91.6 % ,剖检查虫肝片吸虫和线虫分别为 12条和 6条。因而认为 组与 Experiments were conducted by using four different formulation to cure grazing black goats' parasitism in Liu Yang county. The results are as follows: The decreasing ratios of F. hepatica's ova and Nematoda's ova are 100%, and no F. hepatica and Nematoda in goats' bodies after taking Nitro xynil and Leamusole (Ⅰ group). The results of Ⅱ group after taking Bithionol and Leramusole are as same as Ⅰ group. The decreasing ratios of F. hepatica's ova and Nematoda's ova are 90.5% and 81.0% respectively, and worm 0 F. hepatica and 18 Nematoda respectively in goats' bodies after taking Nicolofolan and Rametin (Ⅲ group). The decreasing ratios of F. hepatica's ova and Nematoda's ova are 59.1% and 91.6% respectively, and worm 12 F. hepatica and 6 Nematoda respectively in goats' bodies after taking Ganzhijing and Rametin (Ⅳ group).
