摘　　要： 在我国高校全面扩招和大学生就业制度改革深入推进的背景下,大学生就业面临前所未有的挑战,尤其是体育院校毕业的大学生的就业形势更是严峻。面对越来越市场化的就业机制,就业指导显得尤为重要,目前我国体育院校就业指导工作如何呢?带着问题,调查和分析了六所体育院系大学生就业指导工作现状,结果显示:目前被调查的五所所体育院校都设有专门的就业指导机构,但职责仍然沿袭其前身毕业分配办公室的工作;该机构的人力物力不能满足需要;68.3%大学生认为就业指导有必要;50.4%大学生对学校开展的就业指导工作不满意。在调查的基础上,提出了加强体育院校系统化的求职与就业指导,构建"生涯发展"下的就业指导体系的观点。 With the college expansion and the deepening of graduate employment system reforms,P.E.graduates face much more challenges in job hunting than ever.How is the present condition of job orientation in college of Physical Education?
