摘　　要： 高校校办企业在发展过程中存在产权、资金、环境、队伍和机制等方面的问题。华南农业大学对校办企业进行了以淘汰、重组、托管、改制方式的企业改革,并逐步建立了较好的企业发展平台。实践表明,校办企业的发展必须充分利用高校的自身优势并与市场经济相适应。 Among the problems emerging from College- run enterprises are those concerning property rights, funds, environment, managing teams and mechanism. On the basis of a discussion of the above aspects this paper provides a detailed introduction to the enterprise reformations made by SCAU featuring elimination, reorganization, entrusting and ownership changing, which leads to establishing of a good platform for enterprises development.
