摘　　要： 从云南洱源采集的土壤样品中分离到1株链霉菌YIM31249TT.该菌株具有很强的抗菌活性.通过对其进行的包括形态、生理生化特性、细胞壁化学组份以及16SrDNA序列等方面的研究,确定其为链霉菌属的一个亚种,我们将其命名为生黑孢链霉菌洱源亚种(Streptomycesmelanosporofacienssubsperyuanensis).菌株YIM31249T气生菌丝和基内菌丝均很丰富,孢子链较长且为螺旋状,部分孢子链螺旋成假孢囊,孢子表面粗糙不带刺,基丝不断裂. One actinomycete strain YIM31249T,which had strong antimicrobial activity,was isolated from a soil sample collected from eryuan,Yunnan Province.Based on its morphology,physiological and biochemical characteristics,chemotaxonomy and 16S rDNA sequence analysis,we proposed it as a new subspecies of genus Stretomyces and named it as Streptomyces melanosporofaciens subsp eryuanensis.
