摘 要: 采用液相法中的沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法和电化学法制备了纳米CeO2,针对不同的制备方法,通过XRD、TEM、SAXS以及SEM进行了分析,从制备的纳米粒子形态、制备工艺、特点以及发展前景上进行了比较。 Nanometer cerium (IV) oxide (CeO2) powders were prepared by means of different methods, Sol-Gel method, precipitation method and electrochemical method.
