摘　　要： 本文研究了从蓖麻渣中分离、提纯蓖麻蛋白的有关实验方法及工艺,并进行了室内杀虫效果试验,试验结果表 明,经过提纯的蓖麻毒蛋白对菜粉蝶3龄幼虫和蚜虫的防治效果,当实验浓度为0.1％至0.5％时,防治效果为30％-50％。 Experimental methods and technology for the separation and purification of ricin from caster dreg were studied in this work.Efiects of ricin against pests were tested in laboratory. The result indicated that the effects of purified ricin against Pieris rapae Linnaeus and Lipaphis erysimi pseudobrassicae were 30%-50% at the concentration of 0.1%-0.5%.
