摘　　要： 在网络远程教育成为高校教育改革方向的趋势下,作者在网络环境下研制了铅球的多媒体教学课件,并以此课件为辅助工具进行了一个完整的教学周期,通过对实验结果的分析,证明了这种体育实践课教学方法对学生技能的掌握具有显著效果。 Accompany with the tendency which distance education will be the direction of reformation in high school education. The author of this article designs a multimedia courseware for shot-put teaching based on web and a whole teaching period with it. After analyzing to the result of this experiment, the thesis proves that this teaching method has distinct significance to P.E teaching.
