摘　　要： 钢背铝基复合板是一种新型轴瓦材料,具有较为优异的综合性能,可以很好的满足汽车发动机轴瓦的要求。本文主要介绍了现有的钢背铝基轴瓦材料的复合成型工艺。并重点介绍了半固态铸轧这一新的复合方法,对其原理思想、实验过程和复合效果进行了综合论述。 Steel-backed aluminum-matrix bonding plate is idea bearing material.It has perfect performance and can meet the demand of the engine bearing.Manufacturing process of steel-backed aluminum-matrix bearing material is reviewed in this paper.The technology of semisolid rolling is introduced specially.The principle,experiment process and result of it are all discussed.
