摘 要: 利用营养液培养研究不同施氮水平对芥蓝生长和菜薹品质的影响。结果表明:在一定施氮范围内,芥蓝单株经济产量和生物产量都随着施氮量的增加不断提高,当施氮水平达到1*N以上时,施氮量的增加对芥蓝产量无明显影响。高氮水平会导致V c、糖等营养成分含量下降,品质变差。芥蓝体内硝酸盐含量随着施氮量的增加而不断提高,当施氮水平超过1*N以上,硝酸盐大量积累,且芥蓝薹叶硝酸盐积累量明显高于薹茎。 The effects of nitrogen on the growth and quality of Chinese Kale(Brassica alboglabra Bailley) by(solution) culture in 5 treatments(0.25*N,0.5*N,1*N,1.5*N,2*N).In proper range of nitrogen level,the yield and biomass of Chinese Kale increased with the increasing of nitrogen level,but when nitrogen level(exceed) 1*N,the yield was not affected significantly with the increasing of nitrogen level.However,the contents of vitamin C and sugars in flower stalk,and the quality of flower stalk decreased at high nitrogen level.The(content) of nitrate in flower stalk increased with the increase of nitrogen level,while nitrogen exceed 1*N,nitrate was accumulated significantly,and the nitrate accumulation in leaf on flower stalk was significantly higher than that in stalk.
