摘　　要： 该文通过对男性性权利与生育权的内容、重要性、现实法律地位、以及时其保护缺失的危害等方面进行论述,最终提出对男性性权利与生育权保护的立法建议,以实现法律对男性性权利与生育权的确认和平等保护的目的。 This paper studies the content, significance, realistic legal status of males' sexual right and procreation right, as we as the danger of lack of protection from laws. The author puts forward the legislative suggestion to protect men's sexual right and procreation right at the end, in order to realize the law's affirmation and protection of these two males' rights.
