摘 要: 针对广大模具中小制造企业的制造资源与能力残缺不全这一基本现状,以及企业间广泛存在的制造资源的协同共享困难,提出了一种基于网格技术的模具制造资源网格化封装及其资源协同共享的机理。首先对分散在中小模具企业里的各种与模具全生命周期有关的资源进行了调查和分类,形成了一张模具行业的全资全能的整体资源图,并依照网格框架(OGSA)对各种模具资源进行了网格化封装,以使得资源不全的模具中小企业可以网格服务的形式对制造网格资源协同共享。文章最后以模具行业的通用流程为例,展示了在网格环境下模具制造服务请求和响应的路径图。 A fundamental fact existing in mould-making small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) is that no enterprise owns the complete manufacturing resources and capabilities to solitarily undertake a nontrivial service such as an order of large and complex precious mould-making. To solve the problem, a framework based on OSGA technology was proposed through the grid-enabled resource encapsulation to achieve the coordinated resource sharing among distributed SMEs. Firstly, an extensive investigation of manufacturing resources that are distributed in different kinds of mould-making SMEs was conducted, and then the resource classification was made based on the three basal elements that are made up of the activities in mould-making, and a holistic picture of constitutional manufacturing resources for mould-making industry was proposed. Secondly, based on the OGSA technology, the manufacturing resources were described and encapsulated. Finally, taking the conventional workflow used in mould-making industry as an example, the application roadmap was proposed for the mould-making request services and response service in manufacturing grid environment.
