高温胁迫下匍匐翦股颖粤选2号和粤选4号新品系的生理效应
Some Physiological Effects of High Temperature Stress on New Agrostis stolonifera Strains of Yuexuan No.2 and Yuexuan No.4

摘  要: 对匍匐翦股颖品种Penncross及其选育的粤选2号和粤选4号新品系在高温(干热、湿热)胁迫下的一些生理效应进行了研究,结果表明:干热与湿热对三种供试匍匐翦股颖叶片失水率的影响效应明显不同,其中以粤选4号叶片的失水率为最低,粤选2号在高温胁迫初期的叶片失水率最高,与原品种Penncross之间存在显著差异(p<0.05),但在胁迫后期无显著性差异(p>0.05)。高温胁迫下粤选4号的膜透性要显著低于原品种Penncross和粤选2号(p<0.05),粤选2号与原品种Penncross之间差异不显著。胁迫下根系活力以粤选4号的降幅最小,粤选2号和Penncross之间差异不显著(p>0.05);叶片中脯氨酸含量的大小顺序为粤选4号>Penncross>粤选2号。此外,随着胁迫温度升高,叶片中的叶绿素含量都显著降低,其中以粤选2号叶绿素含量下降的比例为最大,粤选4号下降的最小。 Some physiological effects of high temperature stress of dry hot and wet hot on the Agrostis stolonifera Penncross cultivar and derived strains(Yuexuan No.2 & Yuexuan No.4) were studied.Results showed that there were different effect of dry hot stress and wet hot stress on leaf water lose rate,water lose rate of Yuexuan No.4 was lower than that of penncross,while Yuexuan No.2 had high water lose rate at the beginning of stress.The relative membrane permeability in leaves was Yuexuan No.2>Penncross>Yuexuan No.4 under high temperature stress,and that in roots between Yuexuan No.4 was lower than that of Yuexuan No.2 and Penncross,and there were no significant difference in the relative membrane permeability in roots between Yuexuan No.2 and Penncross overall.The root vigor decreased significantly with the increase of stress temperature,while the lose rate of Yuexuan No.4 was lower than that of Yuexuan No.2 and Penncross,and the root vigor of Yuexuan No.4 was high,and root vigor of Yuexuan No.2 and Penncross has no significant difference overall.!The dissociated proline content in leaves increased significantly with the increase of stress temperature,and the value was Yuexuan No.4 > Penncross > Yuexuan No.2.The chlorophyll content in leaves decreased significantly with the increase of stress temperature,the value of chlorophyll was Yuexuan No.4 > Yuexuan No.2 > Penncross under 40℃,42.5℃ treatments.
