摘　　要： 风险管理和索赔管理在工程项目管理中占有十分重要的地位,它们在一定程度上决定了工程项目的经济效益。本文在工程风险和工程索赔定义的基础上,对工程中的风险转移进行了分析,并从风险转移的角度对工程项目风险与索赔的关系进行了研究,从而将工程项目的风险管理和索赔管理相结合,为有效的项目管理提供了新的依据。 Risk management and claim management are very important in project management. They determine the benefit of the project in a certain extent. The paper analyzes the diversion of project risks and researches the relationship of project claims and diversion of risks. It also provides new ideas for project management and makes it more effective.
