摘 要: 研究了从甜菜夜蛾分离的一种微孢子虫对家蚕的病原性,包括适宜宿主品种和接种时期、感染中量、寄生部位、平均产孢量、单头蚕最大产孢量、传染方式等内容,以期利用家蚕为替代宿主大量繁殖甜菜夜蛾微孢子虫,以及开展微孢子虫生物防治实用化研究提供理论基础。 A microsporidium isolated from beet armyworm,Laphygma exigua H.had strong pathogenicity to its host and had been thought as biocontrol potential.As the breeding cost of original host was higher,we wanted to use replace host to mass product the microsporidium.The pathology of the microsporidium to silkworm, Bombyx mori, including different host species and inoculation period,50% infective dose,parasited part and average yield of microsporidian spore,single silkworm the biggest yield of spore and transmission...
