摘 要: 从广东箣竹中分离、筛选得到5株固氮酶活性高且稳定、生长势强的内生固氮菌株,对其生理特性、环境适应性及其对植物的促生效果进行了系统研究。结果表明:在无氮培养、温度18~40℃时,菌株均能生长且有固氮酶活性,其最适生长及固氮的温度为26~37℃;在偏酸(pH值5.0)和偏碱(pH值8.0)的条件下,菌株均能保持较强的生长势和较高的固氮酶活性,并能通过调节自身代谢适应环境的酸、碱变化,使培养液趋近中性;培养液中NaCl浓度在0.5~2.5 g.L-1、(NH4)2SO4浓度在0.05~0.50 g.L-1时,菌株均能保持旺盛生长且有较高的固氮酶活性。接种水稻试验表明:菌株对植物的生长有一定的促进作用。 Five endophytic diazotrophs with high and stable nitrogenase activity screened from Guangdong bamboo(Bambusa blumeana J.A.et J.H.Schult.f.)were studied by physiological test,the adaptability to environments and the growth-promoting effects on rice.The results showed that these strains could grow well at 18—40 ℃and had nitrogenase activity at 26—37 ℃for optimum growth under nitrogen-free medium.Strains also showed nitrogenase activity at a pH range of 5.0 to 8.0,at a saline(NaCl) concentration range of 0.5—2...
