摘 要: 研究了不同基体碳结构对C/C复合材料导热性能的影响。结果表明:树脂碳与光滑层热解碳相比,树脂碳与碳纤维C2结合紧密,热处理过程中应力石墨化明显,而光滑层热解碳与碳纤维C2结合疏松,存在明显的界面裂纹,热处理过程中应力石墨化不明显。随着热处理温度的升高,树脂碳基体更有利于材料的热传导。 The effects of different carbon matrixes on thermal property were investigated based on the mechanism of thermal conductivity in C/C composite.The results show that,as for resin carbon matrix and SL pyrocarbon matrix,resin carbon matrix has close connection with carbon fiber,and takes on well stress-graphitization effect.However,SL pyrocarbon matrix has loose connection with carbon fiber,and the stress-graphitization effect is not evident.With the increase of temperature,resin carbon matrix becomes more ben...
