摘　　要： 简要介绍了ActiveX技术的定义和内容 ,提出了使用ActiveX控制技术开发Web上的远程视频监控的方法 。 This paper introduces the definition and content of ActiveX technology, presents the method of using ActiveX control to develop long -distance video surveillance system running on Web,then discusses the construct and application of the system in detail.
